Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Homes Team, delivering housing management services across affordable properties. The role supports multiple Property Managers, ensuring residents receive excellent service and properties are well maintained.

This is a predominantly remote, home-based role with occasional travel across Hampshire or West Berkshire regions. The ideal candidate has experience in housing, lettings or property management and strong

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, residential lettings or property management.
• Strong communication and IT skills, including Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional site visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of affordable housing portfolios.
• Support management of client portals and respond to housing queries promptly.
• Keep housing records and client systems up to date and accurate.
• Assist with void properties, viewings and move-ins.
• Welcome residents and provide tenancy information.
• Support residents throughout tenancy with excellent service.
• Assist with inspections, repairs reporting and general housing admin.
• Produce reports, correspondence and administrative documentation.
• Work with managers, residents, contractors and clients to maintain service standards.
• Undertake other duties to support housing management delivery.
