Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Property Manager in a hybrid role across London and surrounding areas. You will manage a mixed-tenure portfolio, lead tenancy lifecycle activities and ensure compliance while maintaining a strong resident and client experience.

The role requires on-site presence, travel across Hailsham, Bexhill-on-Sea and outskirts of London, and a proactive, customer‑facing approach within a values‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Proven operational experience in Build to Rent, Residential Lettings, or Block/Leasehold Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full tenancy lifecycle including move-ins/outs, viewings and deposits.
• Oversee estate management, repairs, defects, contractor oversight and inspections.
• Ensure Health & Safety and statutory compliance; manage service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Support mobilisation and onboarding of new properties; logging and progressing repairs in systems.
• Promote ESG and community engagement with quarterly resident activities.
