Qualifications

• 2+ years hotel operations experience or 3+ years SaaS customer success/sales experience in hospitality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
• Experience working with customer data (Excel, BI tools, analytics platforms).

Responsibilities

• Configure Actabl platforms based on customer requirements and project scope.
• Load, validate, and transform customer data accurately.
• Build custom reports and dashboards to support operational insights.
