PsychPlus is hiring a Healthcare Associate - Implementation Success to ensure programmes work in practice, partnering with the Implementation and Clinical leads. The role focuses on launching new client services, embedding digital therapeutics in clinical workflows, and using data to improve adoption and outcomes across NHS-related pathways.

You will build dashboards, run improvement cycles (PDSA), and coordinate with clinical and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding NHS mental-health pathways.
• Strong analytical skills: able to turn data into a clear story.
• Experience with quality improvement, service evaluation or audit is a strong plus.
• Clear communication and confidence working with clinicians and service managers.

Responsabilités

• Launch and adoption: support launch planning and operational readiness for new client services, including workflow mapping and onboarding.
• Maintain launch-to-success checklists and track implementation actions.
• Monitor licence utilisation, activation, engagement and completion and flag low uptake early.
