Job summary

• Ensure that new systems and processes are installed and functioning properly
• Manage partnerships with external suppliers, ensuring all contractual and statutory obligations are met
• Identify, record and provide solutions to complex project risks and issues
• Assist with business contingency and disaster recovery planning for assigned project
• Provide timely highlight / exception reports to the relevant boards and committees
• Coordinate design, development and testing of systems to meet user and stakeholder needs
• Monitor projects to ensure delivery of proposed business benefits
