Job Role: Healthcare Associate - Implementation Success
Location: Remote / UK (with regular site visits, as required)
Reports to: NHS Digital Transformation Lead (Implementation) dotted line to Clinical Leads
The Implementation Success Associate makes sure our programmes work in practice, not just on paper. Working with the Implementation and Clinical leads, you'll help client services launch well, help embed digital therapeutics in day-to-day clinical work, and use data and quality-improvement methods to keep adoption, engagement and outcomes moving in the right direction. This is a hands-on, analytical role for someone with an interest in mental health and clinical pathway fluency and who enjoys solving real world service implementation and digital adoption challenges~.
Key responsibilities
Launch and adoption
- Support launch planning and operational readiness for new client services, including workflow mapping, referral routes, clinician onboarding and case-assignment processes.
- Maintain the "launch-to-success" checklist for each client and track follow-through on implementation actions.
- Monitor licence utilisation, activation, engagement and completion, and flag low uptake early.
Quality improvement
- Run structured quality-improvement cycles (e.g. PDSA) with client teams to fix drop-off points and improve the patient journey.
- Co-facilitate implementation workshops that help clinicians and service leads adopt new ways of working.
- Capture good practice and success stories, and share them across clients.
Data and insights
- Build performance reports and dashboards for internal and client meetings, and help prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Turn service and outcomes data into clear, practical recommendations for clients and for our Clinical, Data and Product teams.
- Support outcomes and real-world evidence collection, including data needed for NICE Early Value Assessment.
Client and internal coordination
- Act as a responsive day-to-day contact for clinical and operational leads at assigned sites.
- Bring clinical, product and delivery colleagues together to resolve service-level issues quickly.
- On-site visits to client service settings in the UK would require travel
What success looks like
- Faster, smoother launches and stronger licence utilisation across your sites.
- Measurable improvements in engagement, completion and clinical outcomes (shared with Clinical and Product).
- High client satisfaction and NPS, contributing to renewals and growth in the system
- Insights that leadership and clients act on.
Required skills and experience
- An understanding of NHS mental-health pathways. Clinical fluency, such as a background in psychology, mental health, nursing or allied health, is ideal but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills: confident with Excel, and able to turn data into a clear story.
- Exposure to quality improvement, service evaluation or audit is a strong plus.
- Clear communication and confidence working with clinicians and service managers.
Behaviours for success
- Curious and analytical: asks why, then finds out.
- Hands-on and proactive: spots problems early and gets them fixed.
- Organised enough to manage several sites at once.
How you'll grow
This is a role designed for rapid development. Within 6-12 months, we expect you to take greater ownership of a portfolio of client services from launch to renewal, lead QBRs and QI programmes and be ready for greater responsibility.
