Job summary

Health Partners Group Ltd is seeking a Client Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of new clients and services. You will develop detailed plans, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with client expectations.

• 3–5 years in client implementation, project management or delivery roles.
• Proficiency with project management tools; strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across stakeholder groups.
• PM certification and technical aptitude are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full client implementation lifecycle from kick-off to go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure configuration meets client needs.
• Identify risks and issues; provide proactive resolutions.
• Serve as primary contact during implementation and provide updates.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide guidance and training on product functionality and processes.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, operations and support teams.
• Produce status reports, implementation summaries and KPIs.
