Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking a Healthcare Associate to lead NHS contract management and implementation coordination. The role blends commercial, compliance and delivery to accelerate live services, requiring structured, detail-minded professionals with strong analytical and project-management abilities.

You will work remotely in the UK with regular site visits, engaging with NHS procurement, IG and legal stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely launches and renewals.

Qualifications

• Understanding NHS commissioning, procurement or digital-health assurance, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong project-management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Solid analytical skills: comfortable with Excel and project-tracking tools, plus AI tool usage where appropriate.
• Clear, professional writing and the ability to work with procurement, legal and IG stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract life cycle for NHS clients, tracking terms, milestones, KPIs, renewals, variations and invoicing triggers.
• Identify and elevate contractual risks or issues early; support renewal preparation.
• Maintain accurate contract and licence records and report to leadership.
• Build and maintain an internal NHS procurement playbook (frameworks, direct awards, Provider Selection Regime).
• Coordinate NHS assurance submissions (DTAC, DSPT, DPIAs) and support compliance documentation with IG and Legal teams.
• Run implementation plans, RAID logs and governance meetings for client launches; keep CRM up to date.
• Coordinate monthly client meetings; identify bottlenecks and design templates to speed launches.
• Collaborate with Growth, Clinical, Product and Finance to align contracts with delivery.
