Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Client Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new clients and services. The role ensures on-time delivery, scoped boundaries, and strong client adoption.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in client implementation or project management, proficiency with MS Project, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This full-time, remote role with occasional site visits offers a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client implementation, project management, or client delivery experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project and strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Project Management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full client implementation lifecycle from kick-off to go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure solution configuration meets client needs.
• Identify project risks and issues, providing proactive solutions to ensure project success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
• Produce and deliver regular status reports, implementation summaries, and KPIs to both clients and leadership.
