Job summary

Recraft, an AI tool for professional designers, illustrators, and marketers, seeks a UA Manager to own paid acquisition end-to-end. Start with Meta, then expand to Google and TikTok, scaling spend while balancing CAC, ROAS, and cohort payback.

This hands-on role reports into the Marketing team and emphasizes data-driven decision making and automation. You will manage budgets over $100k/month, build tracking and reporting, and leverage BI tools and SQL.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in UA or performance marketing for a consumer subscription product (app, web, or both).
• Hands-on Meta expertise with scale and accountable CAC/payback.
• Managed a paid budget of at least $100k/month and can explain CAC/payback dynamics.
• Experience setting up performance marketing from scratch — pixels, server-side events, attribution, reporting.
• Fluency in subscription economics: free-to-paid conversion, renewal, churn, ARPPU, LTV:CAC.
• Comfortable pulling numbers in BI tools and basic SQL.
• EU, Georgia, Armenia or Serbia with right to work as a contractor.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition on Meta end-to-end (structure, targeting, bidding, pacing).
• Open and scale additional channels (Google, YouTube, TikTok) while controlling CAC/ROAS.
• Build tracking, attribution, dashboards, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Own subscription economics: day-one conversion, renewals, churn, LTV by cohort.
• Automate reporting, pacing and alerts; collaborate with Creative Designer.
• Forecast budgets and report spend, CAC, and payback to leadership.
