The role requires 5+ years in performance marketing, strong analytics, and experience scaling campaigns in competitive markets. This is a remote-first, fast-growing tech startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global performance marketing strategy focused on acquisition, retention, and ROI.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize spend and conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams for data-driven decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and new advertising technologies.
• Develop performance reports for senior management with metrics and recommendations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team.
• Contribute to growth marketing strategy and initiatives.
