Select Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing digital consumer business to recruit a senior performance marketer. You will own paid acquisition and retention strategy, leading a three-person team and working across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, app acquisition and affiliates.

The role combines strategy, commercial ownership and hands-on execution, with a focus on CAC, LTV and profitability. You’ll split time between Norfolk head office and London, with travel covered.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience leading multi-channel performance marketing programmes.
• Hands-on experience managing seven-figure paid media budgets.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads.
• Experience building testing frameworks and experimentation programmes.
• Strong attribution, measurement, forecasting and budget pacing.
• Commercial, analytical mindset with stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the paid acquisition and retention strategy across channels.
• Lead channel leadership for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Paid Search, app acquisition, affiliates, native and display.
• Build structured testing and experimentation across creative, messaging, audiences, landing pages and funnels.
• Develop business cases for new channels such as DOOH, CTV, creator partnerships and audio.
• Define creative testing frameworks and translate insights into direct-response creative.
• Forecast, budget pacing, and measure ROI across channels.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage relationships with agencies, platforms and technology partners.
