Job summary

Cranberry Panda is seeking a hands-on Paid Growth Manager to own paid acquisition and CRO for a fast-scaling tech start-up in the creator economy. This fully remote UK/EU role offers the chance to shape performance marketing across Meta, Google and emerging channels.

You'll work with a small, ambitious team across the US and Europe to experiment, analyse CAC/LTV and payback, and drive measurable growth using AI-assisted optimization and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in performance marketing.
• Personally managed $100k+ monthly ad spend.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding CAC, LTV, attribution and profitability.
• Experience improving conversion rates via CRO and A/B testing.
• Willingness to test and scale new channels.

Responsibilities
