lemlist is seeking an AI Growth Manager to scale paid acquisition for a subscription app with a $2 million annual budget. This remote UK role leads end-to-end campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit and more, focusing on audience targeting, funnels and geographic expansion.

You will rebuild tracking, develop AI-powered creative production, automate reporting and build agents to launch and optimize campaigns.

Formación

• Proven experience scaling paid acquisition for a subscription app or high-growth PLG SaaS.
• Experience producing and deploying hundreds of advertising creatives monthly.
• Practical experience building and deploying AI skills, agents and automations.
• Ability to independently develop landing pages, implement tracking and conduct A/B tests.
• Strong understanding of CAC, payback, LTV and ROAS.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead paid acquisition strategy, execution and optimisation across multiple platforms.
• Plan Growth and manage advertising budgets to maximise profitable growth.
• Develop high-volume creative testing and production processes.
• Build and deploy AI agents to improve marketing efficiency.
• Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, hooks and funnels.
• Implement reliable conversion tracking and attribution systems.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback periods, identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve acquisition and conversion.
• Communicate performance insights and document successful strategies.
