Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) based in the United Kingdom. You will own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and other platforms, managing large budgets and focusing on CAC, ROAS, and LTV to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition, ideally within mobile gaming or consumer mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin).
• Experience managing substantial advertising budgets while meeting CAC and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and other platforms.
• Monitor budgets using CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods to optimize profitability.
• Design experiments across audiences, bidding, landing pages, and creative formats to improve conversions.
