Cranberry Panda is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition and growth for a fast-scaling creator-economy tech business. This fully remote role spans the UK/EU with responsibility for testing, optimisation and cross-functional collaboration.

With 4+ years in performance marketing and strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, you will drive CAC/LTV-focused growth, CRO, and cross-channel experimentation to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in performance marketing.
• Proven experience personally managing $100k+ monthly.
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution and customer acquisition profitability.
• Practical experience improving conversion rates through CRO and A/B testing.
• A test-and-learn mindset, with the confidence to explore and scale new channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid acquisition across Meta, Google and emerging channels
• Drive the CRO roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve conversion
• Test and scale new acquisition channels, including Reddit, Snapchat and X
• Analyse performance beyond ROAS, using CAC, LTV, customer retention and payback periods
• Work closely with creative teams to develop and test high-performing advertising content
• Collaborate with growth engineering to improve tracking, attribution and reporting
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, testing and campaign optimisation
