ElevenLabs is hiring a Paid Media Manager to scale paid acquisition across self-serve, developer, and enterprise segments. The role will own channel mix and budget, optimize CAC and payback, and partner with creative to run rapid testing.

You will design and implement full-funnel campaigns, align landing pages with lifecycle teams, and build systems that drive measurable growth. This remote-first role supports global teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in scaling paid media across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with attribution and CAC understanding.
• Ability to write high-intent copy and brief creatives.
• Experience collaborating with creative, lifecycle, and sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across self-serve, developer, and enterprise segments.
• Build scalable systems for paid acquisition with focus on CAC, payback, and pipeline quality.
• Manage channel mix and budget across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Run A/B tests and document learnings to improve performance.
• Instrument tracking and reporting to measure impact end-to-end.
