Job summary

AIOS is seeking a Funnel Conversion Lead to own the end-to-end CVR from Meta ads for a country. You will understand the target customer, craft macro tests, and drive execution across landers, quizzes, and checkout.

This hands-on role requires running experiments daily and working with Omniconvert, PostHog, and Hex to deliver rapid learnings. You will lead a small Product Squad and collaborate with senior leaders, with a heavy emphasis on data-driven decisions and scaling Meta spend in your

Qualifications

• 4+ years running a high-volume of experiments for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Hands-on and autonomous in end-to-end testing.
• Strong analytics mindset with a focus on funnel optimization.
• Comfort with design and wireframing to translate ideas into pixels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CVR for Meta ads in a country.
• Lead a Product Squad: 1 SWE + 1 Web Designer.
• Design and execute macro and micro tests with clear hypotheses.
• Measure results and learn; iterate quickly with data.
• Collaborate with growth and product teams; push for faster spend scaling.
