KittySpout is hiring a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify-based brands. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch winners, and report results, with a focus on improving CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

We run $2M+ per month in ads. The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems know-how, and a proven track record turning data into test ideas and profitable funnels.

Qualificações

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on CRO leadership with a track record of lifting CVR, AOV or RPV.
• Proven ability to brief, QA and launch tests weekly and manage a backlog.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly and report CRO KPIs.
• Collaborate with founders and agencies to scale testing program.
