Job summary

Harnham is seeking a leader to own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across a portfolio of high-traffic lead generation journeys. You will drive data-driven hypotheses, run experiments, and translate insights into commercial recommendations.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Compliance teams to optimise customer journeys, improve lead quality, and contribute to business growth in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation within high-traffic digital environments.
• Solid understanding of experimentation methodology, statistical significance, and test analysis.
• Experience using experimentation platforms such as Convert.com or similar tools.
• Knowledge of behavioural analytics platforms including tools such as Mouseflow, Clarity, FullStory, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and customer journey optimisation.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance conversion growth, lead quality, and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within fast-paced digital marketing or performance marketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CRO roadmap across a portfolio of high-traffic lead generation journeys.
• Develop data-driven hypotheses and build a structured testing programme.
• Execute experiments through an experimentation platform and ensure reliable implementation.
• Use behavioural analytics tools to identify user friction and optimisation opportunities.
• Analyse test results and translate insights into commercial recommendations.
• Prioritise experimentation activity based on business impact, traffic levels, and lead quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Compliance teams to deliver optimisation initiatives.
• Present findings, forecasts, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support the development of CRO processes, frameworks, and future team growth.
