Qualifikationen

• 6+ years hands-on CRO or experimentation with measurable funnel improvements.
• Experience optimizing across web and native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with KYC/identity-verification friction is a plus.
• SQL is an advantage; AGCO/Ontario iGaming rules familiarity is a bonus.
• Strong ability to design experiments and clearly specify for engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence cross-functional teams.

• Own visit-to-registration start; optimize home/landing pages by source and device.
• Own deposit conversion; collaborate with Payments to smooth flow.
• Own the experiment pipeline; design tests and prioritize high impact work.
• Own measurement and reporting; maintain GTM/Segment tracking and GA/Tableau analyses.
• Own stakeholder alignment; present test plans and results to marketing, product, design, and dev.
