Job summary

Ziff Davis is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to lead the design, execution, and governance of its international benefit programs. Reporting to the US Global Benefits Director, you will harmonize plans, manage brokers, and deliver localized benefits across EMEA, APAC, and beyond.

You will oversee operations, renewals, and policy compliance while partnering with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and HRBPs to support a globally diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on international employee benefits experience across EMEA/APAC.
• Experience with renewal cycles, broker management, and vendor implementations.
• Knowledge of auto-enrolment and pension governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end healthcare, life/disability insurance, and retirement schemes across EMEA and APAC.
• Own workflows for enrollments, life events, offboardings, and leave requests.
• Partner with payroll on deductions, reporting, and invoicing.
• Deliver global benefits orientations across time zones.
• Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and platforms to ensure high SLA performance.
