Ralliant is seeking an experienced Global Benefits Manager for EMEA & APAC to lead and oversee employee benefits programs across 30+ countries. The role drives design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of health, pension, leave, wellbeing, and perquisites while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience administering retirement/pension plans and payroll operations in APAC/EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of country-specific employee benefits laws and regulations.
• Experience managing enrollment processes and benefits communications.
• Experience sourcing and implementing broad benefits programs.
• Proficiency with benefits administration systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and time-management abilities.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across EMEA and APAC, including healthcare, life and disability insurance, retirement and pension plans, wellbeing programs, leave programs, and perquisites.
• Manage, coach, and develop a Total Rewards team to deliver high-quality employee experiences.
• Partner with regional/global leadership to align benefits with business objectives, talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee country-specific benefits implementation, renewal, harmonization, and ongoing management balancing local markets with global consistency.
• Direct retirement/pension program administration, governance, funding, vendor management, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead annual benefits renewals, market reviews, benchmarking, vendor negotiations, and plan design recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance, pension rules, privacy, and related legislation across regions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, Legal, and external providers for seamless benefits administration.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, pension providers, and third-party administrators to ensure service excellence.
• Develop and execute employee communication and education strategies for benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
