You will lead day-to-day operations, manage broker relationships, ensure compliance, and advocate for employee wellbeing on a global scale. Reporting to the Global Benefits Director, the role emphasizes collaboration with Payroll, Legal, and Finance, delivering localized benefits, and driving process improvements through HR tech and data analytics.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on international employee benefits experience across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC).
• Strong knowledge of renewals, broker management, and vendor implementations.
• Experience with GDPR/compliance and global benefit data management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international benefits administration across EMEA and APAC.
• Manage renewals, brokers, and vendor implementations.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and regional regulations.
• Collaborate with Payroll for deductions and reporting, and deliver global benefits orientations.
