Middlemore is seeking an International Employee Benefits Manager to lead benefits strategy across EMEA and APAC. This unique opportunity involves influencing the benefits agenda as the regional subject matter expert, enhancing programs, and engaging with various stakeholders in a dynamic financial services environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of international benefits expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for employee experience. A 4-day office model is offered, along with premium facilities and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of international benefits experience, preferably in a high-performance environment.
• Experience in shaping international benefits strategy.
• Ability to manage third-party providers and oversee performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drive and shape the international benefits strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage and enhance benefit programmes across EMEA and APAC.
• Act as the regional Benefits SME for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and operational excellence across all benefit processes.
