In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations, harmonize international plans, manage key broker relationships, and serve as an empathetic contact for our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Benefits Administration & Operations

Administer end-to-end healthcare, life/disability insurance, retirement schemes (pensions), leave, and voluntary benefits across EMEA and APAC.

Own key operational workflows including enrollments, life events, offboardings, and leave/accommodation requests.

Build and maintain global benefit resources, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), renewal calendars, vendor inventories, and cost-tracking frameworks.

Continuously evaluate workflows to streamline global benefit administration, drive consistency, and leverage HR automation.

Partner closely with Payroll on benefit deductions, benefit reporting, and invoice reconciliation.

Deliver engaging, localized global benefits orientations for new hires across time zones.

Partner with global and local benefit brokers, insurers, and platform providers to deliver high-touch service and strong SLA performance.

Manage the full lifecycle of international renewals, plan enhancements, and vendor implementations.

Benchmark local market practices alongside our broker partners to ensure packages remain competitive, cost-effective, and culturally resonant.

Support post-acquisition integrations, plan harmonization, and new country market setups.

Serve as the trusted, frontline contact for employee benefit inquiries, delivering timely, clear, and empathetic support.

Manage multi-country leave administration (parental, medical, statutory, and discretionary leave programs) and workplace accommodation requests.

Create vibrant, self-service communications and educational resources that empower employees to maximize their benefits.

Contribute to global mental health and holistic wellbeing strategies across regions.

4. Compliance, Governance & Data Management

Monitor regional statutory updates, mandatory benefit regulations, local pension rules (including auto-Enrolment), and leave requirements across EMEA and APAC.

Maintain data privacy standards (GDPR and regional laws) across all vendor tools and benefit platforms.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement to uphold strong governance and support local consultation needs.
