Job summary

IFS is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to oversee benefits activity across our worldwide operations, ensuring consistency, governance, and alignment with Total Reward frameworks.

In Europe you’ll collaborate with local HR teams on renewals, provider reviews, and employee communications while managing relationships with global brokers and ensuring scalable, compliant benefits for a diverse global workforce.

Qualifications

• Global benefits expertise with multi-country oversight and governance.
• Knowledge of insured and non-insured benefits, pensions, wellbeing, and statutory requirements.
• Experience leading Benefits teams and guiding regional/local HR partners.
• Ability to balance cost, compliance, governance and employee experience.
• Strong stakeholder partnership across Finance, Legal, Procurement and HR Operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global benefit renewals and provider reviews with brokers and HR teams.
• Maintain benefits governance standards and documentation.
• Review benefits costs, compliance, risk and impact with regional/local teams.
• Ensure clear employee communications and self-service content.
• Deliver defined benefits projects including launches and vendor transitions.
• Use market data and utilisation trends to inform recommendations.
• Provide guidance to HRBPs and Benefits Coordinators on governance.
