Ziff Davis is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to design, execute, and oversee our international benefits programs across EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Global Benefits Director in the US. You will lead day-to-day operations, harmonize plans, manage broker relationships, and deliver engaging benefits orientations for a diverse global workforce.

This role requires deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, end-to-end benefits administration, and a proactive, collaborative approach to support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in international employee benefits and global leave administration across multiple regions.
• Experience with retirement/pension schemes and auto-enrolment governance.
• Deep familiarity with statutory vs. supplementary coverages and local market practices.

Responsabilités

• Administer end-to-end healthcare, life/disability insurance, retirement schemes and leave across EMEA and APAC.
• Own enrollment life cycles, life events, offboardings, and leave/accommodation requests.
• Build and maintain SOPs, renewal calendars, vendor inventories, and cost-tracking frameworks.
• Collaborate with Payroll on benefit deductions, reporting, and invoices.
• Deliver localized benefits orientations for new hires across time zones.
• Benchmark market practices with brokers to ensure competitive packages.
