Job summary

Ralliant seeks an experienced Global Benefits Manager for EMEA & APAC to lead and oversee employee benefits programs across 30+ countries. You will design, implement, govern, and continuously improve regional benefits while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

You will lead a Total Rewards team including a Benefits Partner and Senior Specialist, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers to deliver an exceptional employee experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governance of global benefits programs.
• Experience across EMEA and APAC markets.
• Strong knowledge of local benefits laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and administration of benefits programs across EMEA/APAC.
• Manage and develop Total Rewards team.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal and vendors on program delivery.
