Job summary

Ziff Davis seeks a Global Benefits Manager to design, implement, and oversee multinational benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, and beyond. You will harmonize plans, manage brokers and vendors, and serve as a trusted advisor to our global workforce while ensuring compliance and employee wellbeing.

You will lead renewals, drive cost-effective benefit strategies, and collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and HRBPs across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on international benefits and pension program management across EMEA and APAC.
• End-to-end renewal cycles, broker management, and vendor implementations.
• Knowledge of auto-enrolment, local pension rules, and cross-border governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage global benefit programs across regions.
• Operate day-to-day administration, enrollments, and leave management.
• Partner with payroll, legal, and finance on reporting and deductions.
• Deliver localized benefits orientations for multi-time-zone teams.
• Maintain governance, GDPR compliance, and data privacy for benefit tools.
