You will own the full commercial journey from discovery to contract closure, collaborate with SDRs and Account Managers, and drive 90‑day activation and ongoing customer growth in a remote, low‑hierarchy environment, communicating effectively with international

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' closing sales experience in a marketplace or B2B platform.
• Experience selling solutions based on customer workflows and outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage pricing discussions and contract terms.
• Excellent discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong ownership and ability to work in a distributed global team.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery-led product demonstrations linking capabilities to retailers' workflows and objectives.
• Own full sales cycle from proposal to contract closure.
• Build relationships to communicate value of supplier access, pricing, and marketplace efficiency.
• Drive KYC and compliance through onboarding and activation.
• Own the customer journey through the first 90 days to first orders and repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with SDRs and Account Managers for strong handoffs and accurate forecasting.
