Job summary

Clinigen, based in Weybridge, is seeking a proactive Account Executive to deliver excellent service to a global customer base. You will manage orders and enquiries across phone, email and digital channels, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires fluent French, strong communication and customer service experience. You will operate in a hybrid model, commuting to the Weybridge office twice weekly and collaborating with internal teams to support retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken French is required for the assigned region(s).
• Demonstrable experience in a Customer service environment.
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations and product sourcing requests within agreed SLAs.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email and digital channels, delivering first-time resolution when possible.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and support retention and growth.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards, manage data accurately, and document escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accounts are set up and serviced effectively.
• Identify process improvements and share feedback to enhance the customer experience.
• Develop product and systems knowledge and support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
