• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience, ideally in-house for 1+ year.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with one client at a time, deeply embedded in their culture.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to improve talent practices.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects and host hiring events.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment.
