This high-velocity, outcome-driven role focuses on activation and ensuring customers maximize value from the platform.

You will engage with business owners, payroll and HR managers, demonstrating how to navigate the platform to streamline workflows, and you will bridge the gap

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a high-volume SaaS environment (Customer Success, Account management, Sales or Digital Onboarding).
• Natural ability to present software through engaging, screen-share sessions.
• Software-first mindset: diagnose workflow bottlenecks and map to platform features.
• High-engagement approach with a busy calendar and professional presence across multiple demos.
• Strong technical aptitude to master new platform features (e.g., health insurance, LMS, payroll workflows).
• Outcome-driven mindset focused on adoption and reducing manual processes.
• Independent, autonomous work in a remote-first setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, structured walkthroughs to showcase benefits of the platform modules.
• Proactively engage customers based on usage data and marketing campaigns to drive module adoption.
• Act as a consultant, mapping customer workflows to software features to remove friction.
• Follow up to track progress and ensure customers reach first adoption milestones.
• Gather feedback from the UK market to inform product and marketing improvements.
• Maintain high activity pace and keep Salesforce updated with usage insights.
