Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Managed Service Delivery team in the UK. You will manage end-to-end payroll and HR implementations, deliver bespoke content, and train clients to proficiently operate our SaaS platform.

You’ll work with HR and Payroll teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and mentor colleagues while thriving in a rapidly evolving environment. Remote-first culture with global exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of implementation and training experience, with a proven track record of managing complex, client-facing projects.
• Expert knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements in the UK
• Experience in creating and maintaining learning content to support new products and assist with implementations and platform adoption.
• Payroll or HR Implementations experience, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of the implementation journey.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience driving change and improvement with both internal and external teams.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage a challenging workload and a high-volume project portfolio effectively.
• A passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with others.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and successful transition to the Employment Hero platform.
• Working with both HR and Payroll teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
• Designing, developing, and delivering bespoke Payroll and HR implementation workshop content to multiple clients based on best practice.
• Delivering specialised training to clients on advanced payroll and HR implementations.
• Responding to customer communications and queries during the implementation within SLA.
• Building strong working relationships with fellow Customer Experience (CX) team members and external teams to continuously drive improvement in what we do and how we do it.
• Ensuring the data in our business management systems (e.g., sales, support, project management, time tracking) is accurate and current.
• Constantly reviewing and improving our delivery processes and contributing to strategic continuous improvement initiatives.
