Job summary

Employment Hero is hiring an Implementation Consultant for Managed services in a remote-first setup. You will lead payroll and HR implementations, train clients, and collaborate with HR/Payroll teams to deliver value.

The role requires handling complex projects, mentoring others, and driving continuous improvement across customer engagements. You will leverage deep knowledge of UK payroll, develop learning materials, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful go-lives and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of implementation and training experience.
• Expert knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements in the UK.
• Experience in creating and maintaining learning content to support new products and platform adoption.
• Payroll or HR Implementations experience with a deep understanding of the implementation journey.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Proven stakeholder management skills driving change and improvement.
• Exceptional time management to handle a high-volume project portfolio.
• A passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation from start to finish, ensuring a seamless transition to the Employment Hero platform.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to deliver outcomes for customers.
• Design, develop, and deliver bespoke Payroll and HR implementation workshop content.
• Deliver specialised training to clients on payroll and HR implementations.
• Respond to customer communications within SLAs and maintain high standards of service.
• Build strong relationships with CX and external teams to drive process improvements.
• Ensure data in business systems is accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to strategic continuous improvement initiatives.
