Job summary

Employment Hero in the UK seeks a Partner Success Manager to own onboarding and certification for UK partners, bringing deep payroll and HR compliance insight to scalable workflows.

You will work with Marketing and Product to equip partners with playbooks and documentation, act as the primary contact for partners, and drive pilot programs and channel velocity.

This remote-first role offers autonomy, ESOP, learning opportunities, and a chance to shape partner ecosystems across the UK.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Partnerships, Customer Success or SaaS onboarding and training.
• Deep UK payroll, compliance, and T&A workflows knowledge.
• Commercially savvy with reseller economics.
• Strong training ability to simplify complex features.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end onboarding and certification for UK partners.
• Act as primary contact for partners and unblock issues with Support and Product.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales to enable partners and accelerate wins.
• Pilot management for 5 key partners and track first client wins.
• Drive channel velocity and pipeline for new certified partners.
