Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a seasoned Implementation Consultant to guide UK payroll and HR projects. You’ll design and deliver training, tailor content for client deployments, and act as a trusted advisor across HR/payroll implementations.

You’ll collaborate with the CX team to ensure smooth transitions, drive best practices, and support clients through ongoing adoption of our platform. This role emphasizes remote-first work with autonomy and strong impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of training experience, both client facing and processing.
• Knowledge of current UK legislative payroll requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of learning content to support new products and assist with implementations and platform adoption.
• Payroll or HR implementations experience to understand the complexities and nuances of an implementation journey.
• Excellent communication skills to keep fellow team members and clients engaged and receiving good service.
• Stakeholder management with internal and external teams to drive change and improvement.
• Time management to handle a challenging workload.
• Scheduling management to effectively manage a high volume project portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Payroll and HR implementation workshops for multiple clients.
• Train clients on payroll implementations and platform adoption.
• Create, develop and support learning content.
• Educate clients on best practice using the Employment Hero and KeyPay platforms.
• Respond to client inquiries during implementations within SLA.
• Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure successful implementation journeys.
• Collaborate with CX and external teams to drive continuous improvement.
