Supercritical Tech Ltd. is seeking an experienced Supply Account Manager to own supplier relationships globally, from onboarding through renewal.

You will coordinate delivery against milestones, manage contracts, and drive QBRs with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing and climate science. The role requires 3–5 years in account management with international stakeholders, CRM workflow experience, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as an Account Manager, managing international stakeholders and projects across countries/time zones.
• Experience setting up CRM processes and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supplier relationships: own the relationship for every signed supplier from onboarding to renewal.
• Account management: own terms of signed supply contracts and quarterly reviews.
• Supplier Workflow management: maintain risk, compliance, and ratings across lifecycle.
• Project development: guide new projects through the supply development programme.
