Zusammenfassung

Supercritical is seeking a Supply Account Manager to own our supplier relationships globally once contracts are signed, overseeing exclusive and non-exclusive projects and guiding suppliers through development.

You will onboard suppliers, serve as their main contact through delivery, renewal and risk management, and coordinate with our supply, sales, marketing and climate science teams to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of account management experience.
• Experience managing international stakeholders across time zones.
• Ability to handle senior stakeholders and deliver on promises.
• Experience with CRM processes and automated workflows (HubSpot preferred).

Aufgaben

• Own supplier relationships from onboarding through renewal or exit, engaging stakeholders up to founder/CEO level.
• Own terms of every signed supply contract and lead QBRs and annual reviews.
• Manage supplier workflows across the lifecycle, from credit retirement to risk/quality records.
• Guide new projects through the supply development programme and coordinate internal/external stakeholders.
