Qualifications

• Experience with External Wall Risk Assessments is required.
• Familiarity with fire safety legislation is essential.
• Knowledge in Compartmentation Surveys and fire strategies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Fire Risk Assessments internally and externally.
• Lead a growing team and report directly to the Delivery Director.
• Liaise closely with Clients, Contractors, and key stakeholders.
