Job summary

Dvs Ltd is seeking a Fire & Design Regional Sales Manager to drive new business revenue across the South UK region. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to quotation, site surveys, and project handover, ensuring compliant fire protection solutions.

Working closely with engineering and operations, you will ensure bids align with UK fire safety legislation and British Standards, maintain a robust CRM, and deliver on revenue and margin targets in a remote, national territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, construction, and public sector markets.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, facilities managers, property managers, and end users.
• Achieve agreed revenue and gross margin targets.
• Maintain a structured and accurate sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts to senior management.
• Maximise opportunities within existing accounts to drive repeat business and service growth.
