UK Staffing Group Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to own the South East territory in the fire and security distribution sector. This field-based role covers South East England, with a base salary of £50,000–£55,000 and uncapped OTE of £75,000.

You will develop existing accounts, win new business, and manage a busy diary of face-to-face meetings, supported by internal sales and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven external B2B sales experience in field-based roles.
• Track record of growing sales territories.
• Ability to secure new business and manage accounts.
• Comfort with face-to-face meetings and travel.

Responsabilités

• Take full commercial ownership of the South West territory, driving sales and revenue growth.
• Develop existing customer accounts while proactively identifying and securing new business.
• Build long-term relationships with customers across the fire and security sector.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings, with a target of 10-14 per week.
• Identify customer requirements and provide consultative, solution-led sales support.
• Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Support the development of larger national and key accounts where required.
• Manage your own diary, sales pipeline and regional business development activity.
• Consistently work towards agreed sales and commercial targets.
