Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the fire safety systems sales function across South Wales, Midlands and the South West. You will manage a small team of BDMs and an Internal Sales Executive, grow key accounts and drive revenue growth in a home-based role with UK-wide coverage.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in fire safety sales, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of winning new business and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience within the fire safety industry.
• Experience selling fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, suppression systems and service contracts.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasts and CRM systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Conduct pipeline reviews, forecasting and performance meetings.
• Maintain and grow strategic customer relationships.
• Support high-value tenders, negotiations and complex sales opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and routes to market.
• Drive revenue growth across the full fire safety portfolio.
• Ensure CRM data, forecasting and reporting are accurate.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure excellent customer delivery.
