The Field Account Executive will own outbound efforts across the EMEA region, building strategic relationships from champions to C-level buyers, and closing complex multi-thread deals in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in sales with 3+ years outbound B2B experience.
• Strong multi-channel prospecting and C-suite engagement skills.
• Experience with modern sales methodologies and CRM tooling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; AI tooling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting to build a high-quality pipeline across target EMEA accounts.
• Engage with champions up to C-level executives to align solutions with business initiatives.
• Articulate the G-P value as the premier global Employer of Record provider.
• Lead full-cycle deals from cold outreach to discovery, proposals, objections, and closure.
• Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene and accurate Salesforce data.
