Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join the Primark team. You will handle customer inquiries via social media and email in English and Czech from a remote home-based setting.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a rotating shift pattern between 8am and 12am, including a 20% uplift for late shifts (10pm-12am). Excellent English and Czech, plus CS experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent English & Czech verbal/written skills.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (mandatory).
• Social media or content moderation experience (desirable).
• Fully flexible between 8am-12am (Mon-Sun).
• Broadband speed of at least 10 Mbps and a private distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via social media and email in English and Czech to handle inquiries.
• Assist with missing orders, payment issues, product availability, and order changes or cancellations.
• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor.
