Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Support Advisor for our Primark team in Belfast. This full-time role is paid at £12.75 per hour with a hybrid setup, combining on-site work in Belfast City Centre and home office days, on a 40-hour weekly schedule across 8am–12am shifts.

You will handle inquiries from customers via social media and email, resolving order issues, payments, product availability, and changes or cancellations with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Proficient or bilingual in Czech and English (oral and written).
• Fully flexible between 8am-12am Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Handle general inquiries from customers via social media and email.
• Resolve issues such as missing orders, payment concerns and product availability.
• Assist with order modifications or cancellations while maintaining a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
