Concentrix is hiring a Customer Support Advisor in Belfast for a hybrid role (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). You will handle customer inquiries via social media and email, resolving issues like missing orders and payment concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional manner.

The shift runs 8am–12am with a 40-hour week, and the role offers competitive pay and benefits. Candidates should have strong English (and Polish) language skills and at least 6 months of customer service

Qualifications

• Excellent English & Polish verbal/written skills.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Address general inquiries from customers via social media and email.
• Handle issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, and order modifications or cancellations.
