Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Support Advisor for our Primark team in Belfast. This full-time role is paid at £12.75 per hour with a hybrid setup, combining on-site work in Belfast City Centre and home office days, on a 40-hour weekly schedule across 8am–12am shifts.

You will handle inquiries from customers via social media and email, resolving order issues, payments, product availability, and changes or cancellations with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
Proficient or bilingual in Czech and English (oral and written).
Fully flexible between 8am-12am Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

Resolve issues such as missing orders, payment concerns and product availability.

Hourly rate of £12.75
Hybrid model – A mix of days on site based in Belfast City Centre & the comfort of your own home.
Full time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am-12am Monday to Sunday.

As a Customer Support Advisor, your role involves addressing general inquiries from customers through social media and email. These inquiries may include issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and requests for order modifications or cancellations. It is essential to maintain a demeanor that is both empathetic and patient, embodying a friendly and cheerful personality without sacrificing professionalism.
