Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Support Advisor to join the Primark team in Belfast. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, on a rotational shift from 8am to midnight, Monday through Sunday.

You will handle customer inquiries via social media and email, resolving issues such as missing orders, payments, product availability, and order changes, while maintaining professionalism and a cheerful demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (mandatory).
• Fully flexible between 8am-12am (Mon-Sun).
• Hybrid role with 2 days in Belfast office and 3 days at home.

Responsibilities

• Address general inquiries from customers through social media and email.
• Assist with missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and order modifications or cancellations.
